There are several possibilities, please check the following points.
- Your writings was written on a different page.
You may have written on a different date or note page.
- Multiple planners were created in Planner and unintentionally switched to another planner.
The writings are still in the other palnner, so please check if the planner has been switched. This is especially likely to occur if you have turned on "Triple tap to switch planner" in the gesture settings.
- "Erase All Wrings" button in the Eraser tool was pressed.
The writing is deleted. If it is immediately after pressing it, it can be undone with the back button on the toolbar. After the deletion has been confirmed, it cannot be undone.
- Changing iPad model or restoring your iPad from a backup.
If you change the model or restore from a backup, the app will be deleted once, so you will need to restore using the Planner backup file that you created separately.
Deleted writings cannot be restored, but may be restored in the following cases
- If you have created a backup file of your planner.
- If you are a Premium subscriber and can view the data on your iPhone. In this case, it may be possible to restore by creating a backup file from cloud storage. However, if the lost data is synchronized, it will be overwritten with the lost data on the cloud storage as well, so restoration will not be possible in that case.
